Barbecue Fish Who Would Have Thought.

Fast and Hot
Inless you are smoking fish it is best to cook it fast and hot. You are only going to have it on the grill for a couple of minutes a side and it will be done. Now this is a basic method and recipe that can be used for most any fish.
2 pounds of fish fillets
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Cut fish into serving-sizes.
Combine the ingredients into a bowl.
Place the fish in to a oiled grilling basket made for grilling fish.
Grill the fish for approximately 5 to 7 minutes on each side, coating with the sauce often.
That is about it for Grilling fish.
