Baked Chicken Wing Recipe

Baked Wing Recipes are a healthier version than the deep fied ones. .

Tip: Low and Slow

Take about 6 pounds of chicken wings and remove the tips.
Always wash, rinse and dry the wings.
Place the wings in a large bowl or plastic bag that can be sealed.
You can substitute your favorite sauce or dry mix at this point.

Combine 3/4 cup brown sugar, 3/4 cup soy sauce and 1 large clove of crushed garlic. Pour over the chicken wings and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until well done

Now I have a convection oven which cooks a little faster so just check on them every now and then and make sure that they don't get over done.
